This is a detail shot of a 1m by 0.5 m canvas. It will soon become a project dealing with repetition and color schemes. This square is one of six squares on the canvas, devided into 3 groups. Each group holds an image that is contemporary and relates to the other 2 images in both color and THEME. My choice for the images was Corpse Bride, Tim Burton and a prism, I'll explain its meaning once its done. --------------------------------------------------
EDIT! NOV 2010: Wow, its been well over 4 years and this piece is still rolling! Just to answer a few questions that were frequently asked:
-The media is water-down acrylics, giving it sort of a pastel/watercolor effect. -This is only one square piece of a 6 piece painting done in class at high school. I currently have the real full version in my parents house, will upload it when i get a chance to take a picture of it!
Thanks for all the support! Its been really to find more Tim Burton Fans out there
